PFA Player of the Year Riyad Mahrez has signed a new four-year contract at Leicester City.
The winger had been linked with a big money move to Arsenal this summer, as well as being linked to Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United at various points of the transfer window.
However, the Algerian has snubbed the interest from the Gunners to sign a bumper new contract at the King Power stadium which will keep him at the club until 2020.
He joins Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy in snubbing the chance to join Arsenal this summer and signing a new contract at the club.
Quotes from Mahrez himself had previously suggested that there were only two or three clubs in the world that could tempt him to leave.
It is also thought that there is no release clause in the contract in a move that should put off all interest in the winger.
