Incredibly, of the 30 biggest transfers in history, every single one of them is over £50 million, and even more incredibly, 26 of the 30 have been made since 2014, with 19 of them involving Premier League sides in one way or another, in what is a crazy indictment of just how the transfer market is perhaps spiralling out of control.
