The David de Gea to Real Madrid saga continues, as one pundit has said it’s only a matter of time before he makes the move to the Spanish giants.
The Spaniard seems to be linked with a move to the Bernabeu in every transfer window, as the European champions look to add a Galactico style goalkeeper to their ranks.
Despite frequently claiming he is very happy at Manchester United, and talks of a new deal in the pipeline, former Liverpool and Man City forward Craig Bellamy believes that the move is just a matter of time.
He told Sky Sports debate programme:
“He is the real deal and I have always felt that Real Madrid have been looking for him to be their No. 1 for a number of years.
“And it is just a matter of time before they get him.
“His footwork is brilliant, he anticipates as well, he can read forwards and if you watch, he makes a lot of his saves with his feet. He is incredible.
“He asks the forward so many questions when you are gunning down on him and he is a real top goalkeeper.”
