PSG and Man Utd on alert again as Ronaldo asks for transfer

Paris Saint Germain and Manchester United are on alert after reports that Cristiano Ronaldo has asked to leave Real Madrid.

Ronaldo seemingly gets linked with a move away from the Bernabeu during every transfer window, and it looks as if this window will be no different.

According to the Daily Record, Ronaldo is ready to “fight for a move” away from the club as tensions between himself and the club reach a new record low, with the forwards not even wanting to talk to club president, Florentino Perez.

They claim that the five time Balon d’Or winner has asked the European Champions to allow him to leave the club for a ‘realistic’ price of £89m (€100m).

Ronaldo is thought to be angry with Perez for his public flirtations with PSG forward Neymar, who has been linked with a move to the Spanish capital.

The 32-year-old only signed a new deal just over 12 months ago, with a symbolical staggering release clause of €1 BILLION, however, his representatives have asked for clarification from Los Blancos that they will sell him for what they feel is a true reflection of his value, given his form, age and current market conditions.

This would allow the likes of long term suitors Paris Saint Germain and former club Manchester United to be able to afford a move.
