Premier League legend reveals his signing of the transfer window

One of the Premier League’s all-time greats, Matt Le Tissier, has been discussing who he thinks did the best piece of business during the summer transfer window.

Southampton legend Le Tissier revealed that he rates £71 million Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga highly, but he reckons Liverpool’s £52 million midfield signing Naby Keita will have a massive impact at Anfield and will turn out to be the best piece of business done by a Premier League club.

“I went to watch Kepa Arrizabalaga at Athletic Bilbao 18 months ago, and at half-time, I looked at my host and asked who on earth he was. He looked really confident, really assured and a big presence in the goal,” Le Tissier told Sky Sports.

“However, I’m going to go with Naby Keita. Liverpool are obviously under a bit of pressure to do something and, in Keita, they’ve got a player who is already very good but looks like he could really improve on his stats for last season and end up with double figures for goals and assists.”
