Ange Postecoglou has said James Maddison’s injury is a ‘concern’ ahead of Tottenham’s Europa League semi-final with Bodo/Glimt but expects Dominic Solanke to be passed fit.
Both players missed a forgettable 1-1 draw with West Ham in the Premier League on Sunday, as Spurs made multiple changes with one eye on Europe.
Wilson Odobert put Spurs ahead at the London Stadium before Jarrod Bowen’s goal earned a point for the home side. Mathys Tel did well to force an error from Max Kilman and tee up Odobert for his first league goal for the club.

Neither side threatened after half-time with Spurs content to see out the game without risk.
“Fair play to the boys, itโs not easy making seven or eight changes. Thatโs going to affect the fluency and cohesion,” Postecoglou said, speaking to BBC Match of the Day.
“But for the most part they stuck to their task really well.
“Away form home in a derby and I thought the lads stuck to their task. We didnโt win but at least we got a result that rewards their efforts.
“Iโm sure the players would tell you they had to put in a massive shift, certainly our boys. Both teams arenโt in great form so itโs going to be a bit cagey. I can only praise the effort of my boys.”
Postecoglou provided updates on the absent Solanke and Maddison, who both scored in the 3-1 first-leg win against Bodo/Glimt before leaving the pitch with injuries. He expects Solanke to recover for Thursday but cast doubt on Maddison’s involvement.
“Domโs improving. We expect him to be OK for Thursday. Just left him out today to recover more. Madders is a bit more of a concern. Weโll get more information in the next day or so but weโre optimistic about him.”
