Porto travel to face AS Roma in the second leg of their Europa League play-off tie this evening.
The contest is in the balance after a 1-1 draw at the Estádio do Dragão a week ago, while history is on Porto’s side. Porto have progressed from all three previous ties against Roma, though must earn a positive result in the Italian capital tonight.

At the weekend, Martín Anselmi’s side won 1-0 at Farense to end a run of five games without a win in the Primeira Liga. A challenging domestic campaign leaves Porto third in the table, six points behind leaders Sporting Lisbon.
Roma head into the clash in superior domestic form. Veteran coach Claudio Ranieri has steadied the ship and the Serie A side are unbeaten in seven league games. However, Roma must cope without the suspended Bryan Cristante and Alexis Saelemaekers tonight.
