Arsenal legend Ray Parlour believes that his former side could do with signing another centre-back in the January transfer market.
Unai Emery has got his Arsenal reign off to an encouraging start with the North Londoners currently unbeaten in their last 16 games in all competitions.
However, despite this impressive sequence of results, and not for the first time in the last decade or so, there still remain serious question marks over the Gunners defence –ย particularly at centre-back.

With club stalwart Laurentย Koscielny yet to feature this season due to injury andย Shkodran Mustafi, Rob Holding andย Sokratis yet to really convince, the man nicknamed the โRomford Pele,โ Ray Parlour, reckons Emery will be already be looking to add another central defender to his ranks.
โFor me centre-half he could probably strengthen,” Parlourย told the Daily Express.
โBut heโs got Koscielny coming back, theyโve missed him, but heโs a little bit older but Iโm sure heโs working hard to get back in the side so I think heโll assess the situation when it comes to January.
โHeโll be lining people up anyway.โ
