Neymar picks Premier League top four

The worlds most expensive player Neymar has had his say on who will win the Premier League, as well as finish in the top four.

Manchester City romped to Premier League glory last season, amassing an incredible 100 points, finishing 19 points ahead of their closest rivals in terms of points and geography, Manchester United.

While United were technically the second best team in the land, Liverpool were undoubtedly one of the most pleasing teams on the eye, scoring goals for fun and only taking their foot off the gas at the end of the season to focus on their Champions League campaign.

However, despite Liverpool being unbeaten so far in the Premier League, having spent the best part of £200 million this summer, and having one of the most prolific forwards in Europe last season in the shape of Mo Salah, Neymar incredibly doesn’t think the Jurgen Klopp’s men will even finish in the top four:

“Who will win it? Woah, that’s difficult. It’s very hard, very difficult, but Manchester City will win it,” Neymar told the Express when asked who will win the Premier League.

“Second will be United, third is Chelsea. Fourth is Tottenham.

“No Liverpool.”

Neymar’s comments are even more interesting considering that his PSG side were drawn in the same Group as Liverpool in last weeks Champions League group stage draw.
