Gary Neville has had his say on who are the best five players currently plying their trade in the Premier League.
The Premier League is of course awash with top talent, with the top six sides possessing an embarrassment of riches in almost every department in the field.
Earlier this week, Gary Neville announced to his four million twitter followers that he was ‘bored on a train’ and invited them to fire some questions at him.
His followers duly obliged, with one of the questions being who was his top five players in the league were on current form, and the former Manchester United right-back offered his opinion.

The former England coach plumped for Eden Hazard, Harry Kane, David de Gea, Virgil van Dijk and Kevin de Bruyne as his top five, and while that would make one hell of a five-a-side team, his selections did see some pretty high profile players miss out of course.
Last season’s top scorer Mo Salah is probably the biggest name to miss out, while his Liverpool teammate Sadio Mane – who has been one of the top performers this season – also fails to make the cut.
Then, of course, there is Man City talisman Sergio Aguero, and his title-winning teammates David Silva, Bernardo Silva, Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane to name but a few, who have all been overlooked.
While Eden Hazard’s inclusion was never in doubt, there was no place for his Chelsea teammate and midfield dynamo, N’Golo Kante.
Meanwhile, there is no representation of Arsenal at all, despite Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s goalscoring form during his time in the Premier League being nothing short of prolific, scoring 17 goals and providing five assists in his 24 league games in English football.
