Napoli are open to signing Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal this summer, if the club can offload some of their current forward options.
The Italian side have expressed interest in Jesus, who is free to leave North London this summer. Jesus has 12 months left on his current contract with Arsenal setting an asking price of around £18m for the Brazilian, who has struggled for fitness and favour.
The 29-year-old made only three starts in the Premier League last season after falling behind Viktor Gyokeres and Kai Havertz in the pecking order.
According to Sky in Italy, Napoli will make a move for Jesus if the club can offload Lorenzo Lucca or Romelu Lukaku. The former spent last season on loan at Nottingham Forest but failed to make an impact, playing only 127 minutes of Premier League football and scoring once.
Lukaku is also open to leaving Napoli and has interest from Major League Soccer side Atlanta United. The 33-year-old endured an injury-hit 2025/26 season in which he made only seven league appearances.
Napoli are also pursuing a deal to sign Benoit Badashile from Chelsea. The centre-back is free to leave Stamford Bridge this summer, with Napoli exploring a loan deal. Chelsea’s preference is a permanent departure for the Frenchman.
