The agent of Arsenal target Nabil Fekir has refused to rule out a move for his client.

Fekir is one of Ligue 1’s most exciting players, scoring 16 goals in 23 league appearances this season, attracting the attention of some big clubs.

Howevever it is Arsenal who have been most strongly linked with the 24-year-old playmaker and,  speaking to French publication Telefoot, his agent Jean Pierre Bernes said:

“Will Fekir still be at Lyon next season? It’s too early to talk about it.

“After considering my relationship with [OL president] Jean-Michel Aulas, we will make the best decision.

“We have time, that’s the straight line. There are important goals and he is already in a big club.”

Meanwhile the player himself has also recently refused to commit his future to the French club, highlighting the clubs he would like to play for, including Arsenal:

“Is this my last season at Lyon? I don’t know what the future holds for me. I’ve still got two years left on my contract. So, I’m still Lyonnais.

“Spain, with Real [Madrid], Barcelona and Atletico [Madrid] who are the big clubs,” the Lyon captain said.

“After that there is England: Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal. I don’t have a specific club [that Iwant to go to].”

Arsenal do of course have recent history with doing business with Lyon, securing the £53 million signing of Alexandre Lacazette last summer. It has been claimed that a potential fee for Fekir could be worth around £45m.
