Jose Mourinho has been sacked as Manchester United manager this morning after a terrible start to the season.
The Portuguese coach won the Europa League and the EFL Cup in his first season at Old Trafford after taking over the reigns from Louis Van Gaal in the summer of 2016.
However, this campaign has been a disaster for Mourinho with the Portuguese coach seemingly at loggerheads with his clubs board over transfer targets, and his relationship with several of his star players breaking down.
Manchester United has announced that Jose Mourinho has left the Club.
We would like to thank him for his work during his time at Manchester United and wish him success in the future. #MUFC
