Mitrovic keen to quit Fulham after Al Hilal bid

Aleksandar Mitrovic is keen to leave Fulham and move to the Saudi Pro League after Al Hilal submitted a £25.5m bid for the forward.

Mitrovic is the latest Premier League name to receive a proposal from Saudi Arabia after Al Hilal tabled an offer for the Serbia international.

The 28-year-old scored 14 league goals last season as Fulham secured a top-half finish in the Premier League, but Sky Sports are reporting that the forward is keen to quit Craven Cottage in favour of a lucrative move to the Middle East.

Al Hilal have been active in the transfer window and have already secured the signings of Kalidou Koulibaly from Chelsea and Ruben Neves from Wolves.

The Saudi side are also closing in on the signing of Sergej Milinković-Savić from Lazio after agreeing a €40m deal with the Italian side.

Mitrovic has scored 111 goals in 205 appearances for Fulham in all competitions, including a Championship record 43 league goals as the Cottagers were promoted from the second tier in 2021/22.

He has also scored a national record 52 goals in 81 games for Serbia at international level.
