Tyrone Mings admits he is ‘loving’ his loan spell at Aston Villa from Bournemouth.
The 26-year-old arrived at Villa Park in January on a loan deal for the rest of the season, and has impressed for Dean Smith’s in-form side.
Villa’s 3-0 win over play-off rivals Middlesbrough made it four consecutive league wins before the international break, with the Midlands club now sixth in the Championship with six games remaining.
Mings has revealed he is loving his spell at Villa Park, the defender admitting he is ‘enjoying football again’ after the frustration of struggling for opportunities in the Premier League with Bournemouth.
“It’s been everything I could have wished for and more,” Mings told Sky Sports News.
“I’m loving it, the fans have welcomed me, the manager [Dean Smith] has been great, we’ve got some great coaches – John Terry for example – and I’m learning every day and enjoying football again.”
