Mancini sacked by Inter Milan

Inter Milan have sacked their manager Roberto Mancini following a devastating pre-season defeat and the hands of Tottenham Hotspur.

The Premier League club, who are a week or so ahead of the Italians in their pre-season preparations smashed Internazionale 6-1 in the game which was hosted in Oslo, Norway.

Inter Milan’s new Chinese owners, Suning Holdings group have take to decision to sack Mancini just two weeks ahead of the season opener, and have replaced him with former Ajax manager Ronald de Boer.

The former Ajax and Barcelona player takes over at the San Siro, charged with bringing the glory days back to the club, that has slipped down Serie A in recent years in a similar story to their city rivals AC Milan, but both have now been taken over by Chinese investors who are keen to take the Milanese clubs back to the top of both Italian and European football.
