After what has been a difficult season this season, Manchester United are prepared to allow Anthony Martial to leave the club this summer according to reports.
Martial signed for Manchester United in 2015 and he hit the ground running, scoring a brilliant individual goal in his debut against Liverpool.
After a bright first season at United, he has struggled for form and game time under Jose Mourinho since. He only started 18 Premier League games this season, and has had to compete for minutes against the likes of Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard and January signing Alexis Sanchez.
This has led to a lot of speculation of the 22-year-old leaving the Manchester club in the search for first team football. This speculation has only grown since Martial missed out on a place in France’s World Cup squad.
Tottenham and Chelsea are thought to have a big interest in the signing the talented winger, and according to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils are willing to offload the winger. However the report also claims that they the club are reluctant to sell to a Premier League club.
However, United may be tempted to sell to Chelsea if it means Willian going the other way as Jose Mourinho is reportedly keen in bringing his former player to Old Trafford.
Napoli and Juventus are also possible destinations for the Frenchman if he was to go abroad.
