Manchester United are reportedly willing to smash their club record transfer for a fourth time in four years.

The Premier League giants spent £37.5m on Juan Mata back in January 2014, before splashing £59.7m on Ángel di María just six months later.

They then broke the world record with their £89m move for Paul Pogba in the summer of 2016, but less than 18 months later they could be about to break it again.

According to the Sunday Express, Jose Mourinho is preparing a £95m to try to capture Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

The Portuguese has had scouts monitoring he Serbian’s progress and has decided to try to bring him to Old Trafford next summer.

The 22-year-old moved to Lazio back in 2015 in a £16m move from Belgian side, Genk, and has developed into one of Europe’s hottest properties, with Manchester City and Juventus also keen on the midfielder.

Lazio president Claudio Lotito has slapped a £100m price on his head, but it seemingly has not out of United who have plenty of cash to splash.
