Manchester United and England defender Chris Smalling has been rushed to hospital whilst on holiday in Bali.
Following early reports that the 26-year old was stung by a jelly fish whilst taking part in a surfing lesson, Manchester United have clarified that the defender was in fact suffering from food poisoning which caused him to faint.
He was pictured as he was rushed to hospital by supporters as he signed a Manchester United shirt.
Smallings Manchester United team mates who have not been involved in this summers internationals will arrive at the clubs Carrington training ground today to take part in the first day of pre-season training.
