Tottenham and Arsenal are set to make a move for Manchester United defender Eric Bailly.
The Ivorian defender has found himself on the fringes at Old Trafford, with Victor Lindelof and Chris Smalling having been preferred by Jose Mourinho.
Bailly’s frustration at his lack of game time at United has alerted Premier League rivals, with The Daily Record reporting both Spurs and Arsenal are interested in taking the 24-year-old to North London.
The centre-back arrived at United in a £30m from Spanish side Villarreal in 2016, but after a promising start has found consistency difficult to find.
Jose Mourinho is said to be keen to add to his defensive options and has been linked with a move for Atletico Madrid’s Diego Godin which could spell the end for the likes of Bailly, and Argentinian Marcus Rojo who is rumoured to be interesting newly-promoted Wolves.
