Manchester United left-back Alex Telles is closing in on a move to Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr.
Telles spent last season on loan at Sevilla and is now nearing a permanent exit from the club, after being informed he does not feature in Erik ten Hag’s plans.
The Brazil international is set to reunite with former team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that the the two teams have reached a verbal agreement on the transfer of the 30-year-old.
Al Nassr are hopeful of concluding deals for Telles and Lens midfielder Seko Fofana in the coming days, arrivals that follow the capture of Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic earlier in the window.
The sale of Telles could begin a clear-out at Manchester United as the club look to bring in transfer funds, with Ten Hag working on a restricted budget during the summer window to date.
Dean Henderson is expected to sign for Nottingham Forest on a permanent basis once a deal for Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana is finalised, while Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay and Donny van de Beek could also leave this summer.
Telles will depart the Premier League having made 50 appearances in all competitions for Manchester United, following his £15.4m arrival from Porto in 2020.
