Manchester United are ready to test the resolve of Borussia Dortmund as they eye up a summer move for Jadon Sancho, although they could face stiff competition from PSG.
It has been reported for a number of weeks that Manchester United are keen to sign the talented teenager, who has nine goals and 14 assists to his name this season, with his form already earning him three England caps.
The Red Devils have long had a lack of natural width on the right wing, a position that Sancho has predominantly played for the Bundesliga leaders this season, although he is equally adept on the left flank too.
With United failing to get a tune out of £500,000-a-week forward Alexis Sanchez, the usually reliable source of James Ducker claims that Sancho has ’emerged as the top summer forward target’ and while Borussia Dortmund don’t want to sell their talented teenager, United are prepared to ‘test Dortmund’s resolve’ with a big bid.
United want Jadon Sancho. PSG also want him. Tops the list of both clubs’ summer forward targets. Dortmund don’t want to sell tho so in this crazy market it could mean Sancho becoming the first £100m English player if there is to be a transfer #mufc #PSG https://t.co/q9eXiiypSd

Previous reports have suggested that United could be ready to pay around £70m for the 18-year-old, although the report in the Telegraph says that interest from French champions PSG could see the youngster become the first £100 million English player.
Sancho came through the ranks at Watford, before joining Man City’s academy in 2015. However, he left the Etihad in 2017 after failing to find first-team opportunities, joining Borussia Dortmund for around £8 million.
