City remain without the injured quartet of Mateo Kovačić, Rayan Cherki, Rayan Ait-Nouri, and Omar Marmoush, while Erling Haaland is also expected to be rested as a precaution due to a minor back issue.
The rotation means academy graduate James Trafford will start in goal, with Oscar Bobb and Savinho also in line to feature, and Phil Foden could be handed the opportunity to lead the attack.
