Man Utd and Chelsea receive transfer boost as target hints at Premier League switch

Manchester United and Chelsea target Radja Nainggolan has hinted that he could move the Premier League in the future.

The Roma midfielder has been linked with the Premier League giants over the course of the last few transfer windows, with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte confirming earlier this week that they attempted to sign the Belgian.

The pair came together on Wednesday night as Chelsea hosted Roma for the Champions League group stage game at Stamford Bridge. Nainggolan played the entire game which ended as a 3-3 draw, and atmitted that he enjoyed the experience of playing at a Premier League stadium:

“Yeah, good atmosphere,

“Thank you [to Antonio Conte] for the words, but at the end of the day we’re playing against each other and I have to do my job.

“I think he’s a really good coach because his results over the past few years speak for themselves.

“But in the end I have to do what I have to do, and that’s playing for Roma and giving the maximum for Roma.”

Pressed on whether he would move to the Premier League, Nainggolan continued:

“Yeah, it’s a good league.

“Beautiful stadiums, good atmospheres in the stadiums, but at the moment my head is only there [at Roma].”
