Liverpool have seen a bid for Poland winger Piotr Zielinski rejected by Serie A club Udinese.

The Reds have offered the Italian club €14million for the 22-year old who has been representing Poland at Euro 2016 this summer.

However, Udinese have rejected Liverpool’s move for the midfielder, who was on loan at Empoli for the last two seasons, despite accepting an identical bid from Napoli.

The midfielder is keen to join Liverpool, and has indicated he is willing to see out the remaining two years on his deal and leave on a free transfer to ensure he makes the move.

Jurgen Klopp has already signed Sadio Mane from Southampton for £34million and goalkeeper Loris Karius, whilst has welcomed Joel Matip and Marko Grujic to the club after they were signed back in January.
