Claude Puel insists he is looking forward to the challenge his Leicester team face at Spurs this weekend.
Leicester have lost four of their last five games in all competitions with an impressive draw at Liverpool being the only game in which they avoided defeat during that spell.
Puel’s job security has already been questioned by sections of the media, but with a tough trip to Wembley on Sunday, things won’t be getting any easier for Puel just yet.
“We have a difficult schedule at the moment but it’s a good challenge for my players,” Puel told his pre-match press conference.
“If we look at our game against Manchester United, there was little between the two teams.
“We know we need more consistency in our game, especially at the beginning. We have conceded too many early goals. Too many times we are chasing the game.”
Spurs have lost four ‘home’ league games at Wembley this season so Leicester will know that, although a tough task awaits them, a surprise win for The Foxes is not out of the question.
