Just when you thought that having one Jamie Vardy was enough, Leicester City are plotting a move to sign the Spanish version.
According to reports, Claudio Ranieri has been tracking Deportivo la Coruna striker Lucas Perez, and is close to completing a £12.5million move for the striker.
The striker shot to prominence last season, scoring 17 goals for the La Liga club, over a third of the clubs overall total.
La Coruna had been hoping to keep hold of their striker, who still has three-years left on his current contract, but it looks like his exit is almost complete, with the Premier League champions looking to add more firepower ahead of their title defence and inaugural Champions League campaigns.
Leicester have already signed former CSKA Moscow striker Ahmed Musa, but could be about to lose Leonardo Ulloa who is attracting the attention of Swansea City.
