Farke has hinted that Ilia Gruev could be available again after a knee issue, having missed the cup defeat in midweek. No new fitness concerns emerged from the Stamford Bridge trip.
With his strongest group available, Farke is expected to recall the majority of his regular starters, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin leading the line — the striker has scored seven Premier League goals against Newcastle, more than against any other opponent in the competition.
