Lazio set to bid £25 million for Chelsea attacker

Lazio are considering making a £25 million move for Chelsea attacker Pedro.

The Serie A side are looking for attacking reinforcements after they sold Brazilian winger Felipe Anderson to West Ham recently.

It remains to be seen whether new Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri sees Pedro as part of his plans, and according to Italian outlet La Republica, Lazio are set to test the Stamford Bridge clubs resolve by making an offer for the talented forward.

The Blues beat off competition from Premier League rivals Manchester United in the summer of 2015 to sign the now 30-year-old attacker from La Liga giants Barcelona.

Despite showing some flashes of brilliance, as well as winning a Premier League and FA Cup winners medal during his time at Stamford Bridge, Pedro has never really replicated the type of form he regularly produced during his heyday at the Nou Camp and with the Spanish national side.
