Everton boss Ronald Koeman has categorically denied having any interest in Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart.

The England ‘keeper has been strongly linked with making a move to Goodison Park this summer after being cast aside by Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.

That speculation briefly intensified yesterday as City confirmed the signing of Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo leaving Hart out in the cold.

However, during Koeman’s pre match press conference, he was asked about what interest he had in making a move for the 29-year old, to which he quite simply replied:

No interest

Where this leaves Joe Harts future is anyone’s guess at the moment. Liverpool and Arsenal have been mentioned but with Loris Karius being signed at Anfield and Petr Cech occupying the place between the sticks at the Emirates we think that a move to either is at the moment unlikely.

Sevilla and Borussia Dortmund have shown an interest in signing the Manchester City stopper, but whether they can afford his £135,000-a-week wages remains to be seen
