Jurgen Klopp hopes Liverpool can carry on their impressive start to the season, which has been the best in the clubs history.
However, with the fixture generating computer having been relatively kind to the Reds so far, their run of games is about to get significantly more difficult, with Chelsea (twice), Napoli and Manchester City all having to be played in their next four games, leaving Klopp to say that he hopes his team can continue their winning streak:
“I wasn’t interested in the history before the game but now I like it,” the German told BBC Sport.
“We will try to carry on that path but it’s unbelievable what is coming up now.
“The boys are in good shape. That helps – let’s see if we can carry on.”
