Jurgen Klopp has described Mo Salah’s performance against Bournemouth this afternoon as ‘absolutely brilliant’ as Liverpool beat the Cherries 4-0.
Salah took his goalscoring tally in the Premier League to 10 for the season with a fine hat-trick on the South Coast this afternoon, helping his side to move to the top of the table for a few hours at least.
Speaking after the game, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp lavished praise on the Egyptian goalscorer:
“It was absolutely brilliant. From the first moment if he could play in behind was there,” Klopp told Sky Sports.
“He was on fire. It is nice for him to score three goals. We know how big his desire is.”
Liverpool will have both eyes firmly on the events at Stamford Bridge this evening, with Chelsea hosting title rivals Man City, with Pep Guardiola’s side only needing a point to return to the top of the league on goal difference.
