Juventus have agreed a deal to sign Guglielmo Vicario from Tottenham Hotspur on an initial loan deal.
The North London side have accepted a loan offer from Juventus for Vicario, which includes an optional purchase clause.
Roberto De Zerbi has sanctioned the exit of the Italy international, who had been keen to return to Serie A. Spurs have signed veteran Martin Dubravka to provide competition for Antonin Kinsky this season.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that a full agreement is in place for Vicario to move to Juventus after three seasons at Spurs.
His arrival in Turin will end Juventus’ search for a new number one, following interest in Liverpool’s Alisson Becker and Aston Villa’s Emiliano Martinez earlier this summer.
Juventus had hoped to sign Martinez as Aston Villa close in on Parma’s Zion Suzuki, but were unable to reach an agreement for the Argentine. The Turin side are understood to remain interested in signing Alisson as a free agent when his contract at Liverpool expires in 2027.
