Christian Pulisic says he is delighted with the start he’s made to his Chelsea career and praised manager Frank Lampard for helping him to settle in English football.
The US international signed for Chelsea in a £58m deal from Borussia Dortmund in January, though he spent the second half of last season back on loan at the German club before moving to the Premier League this summer.
The 20-year-old has featured in all five of Chelsea’s fixtures so far this season and described life at the club as ‘amazing’, praising boss Lampard’s impact since his own summer arrival at Stamford Bridge.
“It’s amazing. I mean, it’s everything I hoped it would be and more,” Pulisic told the media in the USA.
“It’s incredible. It worked out really well, for sure.
“Frank’s a great guy and he’s helped me so much and he understands where I’m coming from and he’s done a really good job and helped me, teaching us, especially a lot of the younger guys on the team.”
