Inter Milan full back Davide Santon has undergone a medical with West Ham United according to reports.
Sky Sports claim that the former Newcastle United full-back undertook a medical at the club last night ahead of a season long loan, with a view to a permanent £5million transfer.
West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is in the market for a new left back after Aaron Cresswell suffered a serious knee injury that will keep him out of action for four months.
Cresswell was an integral part in West Hams success last season, playing in 37 out of 38 Premier League games for the Hammers last season.
