Arsenal teenage sensation Alex Iwobi has added to the clubs injury problems after sustaining a thigh injury in the opening Premier League game of the season.
Iwobi limped out of Arsenal’s opening day defeat to Liverpool to increase the workload on the club physio’s, who are already working hard to get the majority of the clubs defence back to full fitness.
Gabriel Paulista and Per Mertesacker missed the opening day defeat due to their respective injuries, whilst Laurent Koscielny is not yet match fit following his Euro 2016 exertions.
That injury list is now added to after Iwobi sustained a thigh strain in the defeat to Liverpool, which will keep the youngster out for around One month, which will see him miss the clubs next two matches.
