Chelsea’s Brazilian winger Kenedy, who impressed massively during a loan spell with Newcastle last season is attracting interest from some of Europe’s top clubs.
According to the Daily Mail Bundesliga sides Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig, as well as French Champions PSG are all monitoring the 22-year-old’s situation closely.
Kenedy moved to Stamford Bridge from Brazilian side Fluminense in 2015, but he has struggled to nail down a regular starting spot with the Blues and has only managed to start five Premier League games during his entire stay with the London club.
He was sent out on loan to Newcastle during the January transfer window and his superb performances on the left wing were an integral part of the Geordies steering clear of the relegation zone and eventually securing an impressive 10th place league finish.
Although Magpies manager Rafa Benitez has admitted he would like to sign the talented midfielder permanently, he is said to be aware that his showings up in the North East were so good that they may well have priced his club out of the running to secure his services on a full time basis.
It is not yet clear whether Chelsea still believe he has a future at Stamford Bridge, although it’s pretty clear that if he is allowed to leave the club there will be no shortage of takers.
