Swansea City midfielder Jay Fulton has insisted that the side need to start taking their chances if they are to win more games.
The Swans are 9th in the Championship this season following their relegation from the Premier League, with the club have losing five games out of 16.
The Welsh outfit lost to Rotherham last time out, conceding twice in the last ten minutes, and Fulton thinks his side should have won and would have if they had taken their chances.
“We played well at Rotherham but we didn’t score the goals we should have scored,” Fulton told Swansea’s official website.
“A couple of big refereeing decisions went Rotherham’s way, but we can’t think too much about that. Hopefully the decisions will go for us in another game.
“We have to look after ourselves and we know we have to create more chances and take more chances when they come.
“I believe we can do that. If we keep performing like we did last weekend, we will have a good chance of taking the points.”
Graeme Potter’s side will be hoping to be more ruthless in front of goal this weekend as they travel to Bolton for a 3pm kick off on Saturday.
