Fantasy Premier League returns after the break for FA Cup action, with a full midweek schedule of top-flight action.
We’re reaching an important stage of the season in FPL and captaincy choices are as crucial as ever. Here are four of the best options to consider for Gameweek 22.
Kevin De Bruyne vs Burnley (H)
Kevin De Bruyne is BACK and the most transferred in player ahead of Gameweek 22 by a huge margin.
The Belgium midfielder came off the bench last time out to score one and create another against Newcastle, needing no time at all to get back into his brilliant rhythm. Manchester City host Burnley in the Premier League in GW22, a fixture that could see City assets attract big interest.

Only Sheffield United (51) have conceded more goals than Burnley (42) this season, with the Clarets struggling under the management of ex-City captain Vincent Kompany.
Pep Guardiola’s team have won their last 12 meetings with Burnley, scoring 43 times and conceding once.
Joao Pedro vs Luton Town (A)
Joao Pedro’s impressive first season at Brighton continued with a hat-trick in the club’s FA Cup fourth-round win over Sheffield United at the weekend.
Pedro is now the leading scorer in the FA Cup and Europa League this season and has scored 18 goals in all competitions for the Seagulls. Only Erling Haaland (19) can better that return among Premier League players and the Brazilian will hope to maintain his form when Brighton face Luton in Gameweek 22.

Luton have won just twice at home all season, have kept only one clean sheet, and have averaged 1.7 goals conceded per game at Kenilworth Road. Pedro scored from the penalty spot in the reverse fixture, as Brighton welcomed Luton to the Premier League with a 4-1 win on the opening weekend.
Richarlison vs Brentford (H)
Richarlison has stepped up for Spurs in the absence of Son Heung-min and is the joint-leading scorer in the Premier League since December 1.
The Brazil international has six in his last eight league appearances, while only five players have recorded a higher Expected Goals (xG) across the same period. With James Maddison fit to return, Richarlison’s service could be improved this week as Spurs take on Brentford in a London Derby.
The Bees ended a losing run with a 3-2 win over Fulham last time out, as the returning Ivan Toney helped inspire a much-needed three points. Brentford will need more from their talisman in the coming weeks, however, after seven defeats in their last nine.
Diogo Jota vs Chelsea (H)
Another side coping well with the absence of their leading scorer, Diogo Jota has helped fill the Mohamed Salah-shaped hole in the Liverpool attack.
The 27-year-old has three goals and three assists in his last three Premier League appearances, while his run continued with a thumping finish in the FA Cup win against Norwich at the weekend.
A return to a central position has brought the best from the Portuguese poacher, who is the third-most transferred in player ahead of the Gameweek 22 deadline.
Left foot? Right foot? It doesn’t matter.

Liverpool host Chelsea on Wednesday night, with the West Londoners having kept just two clean sheets in their last 14 league games. However, the last seven meetings between the teams have all ended in draws.
