The January transfer window is open for business and a few Premier League clubs have already conducted some business.
Manchester United were quick out of the blocks to complete their first deal, sending Donny van de Beek on loan to Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt. The Dutchman has made just one Premier League appearance all season.
Tottenham Hotspur, meanwhile, bid farewell to a club legend as Hugo Lloris completed his transfer to MLS outfit Los Angeles FC. They could make their first signing this week as their pursuit of defender Radu Dragusin progresses.
Elsewhere, Liverpool have recalled Fabio Carvalho from his disappointing loan spell at RB Leipzig ahead of a fresh loan move, likely to a Championship club, while Wolves loaned out Fabio Silva to Rangers.
Although there have been no major moves or big money signings just yet, it’s only the second day of the transfer window. The vast majority of top-flight clubs are yet to do any business, which we expect to change very soon.
