Everton have no confirmed absentees for the trip to Hull. Merlin Rohl and Christian Norgaard will be assessed before Moyes finalises his travelling party. Vitaliy Mykolenko is also being monitored, although Moyes has noted that the extra day of recovery could help him, and he is expected to start at left-back.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles, James Tarkowski, Jarrad Branthwaite and Mykolenko are predicted in front of Jordan Pickford, with Maitland-Niles among the players to have scored for Everton this season. James Garner and Harrison Armstrong are expected to form the midfield pair.
