Everton are interested in signing yet another player from Barcelona, with reports in Spain suggesting they have rekindled their interest in Brazilian winger, Malcom.
Malcom only moved to Barcelona last summer having been mightily impressive for Bordeaux last season, scoring 12 goals and providing seven assists in 35 Ligue 1 appearances.
Everton were interested in his services during the summer, but he decided to move to the Camp Nou having performed a last-minute U-turn after being close to joining Italian giants, Roma.
However, his time in Spain has been far from successful where he has been restricted to just five league appearances as he struggles to break into Barcelona’s immensely talented squad.
According to Spanish publication Marca, Everton are ready to rekindle their interest in Malcom, as they look to break into the Premier League’s top six.
If he were to move to Goodison Park, he would become the fourth player to swap the Catalan giants for a move to Goodison Park, with Lucas Digne, Andre Gomes and Yerry Mina all arriving at the Merseyside club in the summer.
