John Stones’ locker has barely been emptied at Goodison Park, but Everton are rapidly closing in on his replacement.
Everton have agreed a fee for Swansea City defender Ashley Williams, believed to be worth in the region of £12million.
The 32-year old is believed to have travelled to Merseyside to complete a medical and finalise personal terms.
This has been confirmed by former Wales defender Danny Gabbidon, who is an advisor to New Era Global Sports.
