Emery urges Arsenal to ‘continue improving’ after Fulham win

Arsenal made it six wins out of six in the Premier League when they thumped Fulham 5-1 earlier today at Craven Cottage.

Unai Emery’s side simply had too much quality for the newly-promoted side, with braces from in form duo Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, as well as a sublime finish by substitute Aaron Ramsey sealing a deserved win for the Gunners in West London.

Arsenal began their Premier League campaign with defeats to Man City and Chelsea, but they have won every game since and now find themselves in the top four for the first time this season.

Speaking after the game Gunners boss Unai Emery hailed todays important victory and urged his side to keep pushing themselves to improve.

“Our performance over the 90 minutes was very important; to be together and with our performance we found each moment and each player.’’ He told BBC Sport.

“It was an important goal for Aaron [Ramsey] and an important goal for us. The best performer for us is every player.

“I believe in us, we believe in our process but also we must keep taking confidence. I think we are in the first competition in the war. It is very difficult but we must prepare, continue improving and show big commitment.
