Unai Emery believes Arsenal’s chances of progressing to the Europa League last four are only ’50/50′, despite holding a 2-0 advantage ahead of their quarter-final second leg with Napoli on Thursday night.

Goals from Aaron Ramsey and a Kalidou Koulibaly own goal gave Arsenal an impressive victory at the Emirates a week ago, and Emery’s side now travel to Italy to face the Serie A side looking to book their place in the semi-finals.

Despite the advantage, Emery believes the tie is still finely poised and gave his side only a ’50/50′ chance of progression.

”Fifty-fifty, it’s not changed for me,” Emery told his pre-match press conference.

”We played the first leg at home and we won. But if you did one question about the first leg when at home, we won. That’s a normal result.

”But when you play here against Napoli and think they can beat you, it’s a possibility because they are very strong at home. We are 50:50. It’s not changed, but our mentality and target is to play to win.”
