EFL Cup: Third Round Draw

The draw for the third round of the EFL Cup has been made – here are the fixtures the draw has thrown up.

The draw itself was surrounded in much controversy, taking place at 04:15BST in Beijing, China thanks to this season’s title sponsors, Carabao. However, no matter, it has thrown up some interesting ties.

Holders .Manchester United have been drawn against Burton, while across the City, Pep Guardiola’s men face a potentially tricky trip to West Brom. Leicester host Liverpool in one of only four all Premier League ties, while Tottenham will entertain Barnley or Derby, who are still yet to play their second round tie.

Arsenal host Doncaster Rovers at the Emirates while Everton were drawn against relegated Sunderland.
