Fabinho can play in midfield or at right-back and was an integral part of the Monaco side that beat PSG to the French title in 2016/2017 and also reached the semi-final of the Champions League in the same season.
The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with both PSG and Manchester United over the last 18 months, although he is said to be keen to work with Reds boss Jurgen Klopp.
โI am really excited about this move. This is something that I always wanted โ this is a giant of a team. The infrastructures of the club look exceptional,โโ he told Liverpoolโs official website.
โA football club of this size coming after my services, I didnโt have to think that much about coming over. I will try to create my own history at this football club. Hopefully, on a personal level, Iโm able to win titles with this club.”
