Former Manchester City defender Martin Demichelis has completed a free transfer to La Liga club Espanyol.
The 35-year old had a torrid time during his three-year spell at the Etihad, culminating in Manchester United starlet Marcus Rashford embarrassing the experienced defender in last seasons Manchester derby.
He was released by Manchester City at the end of the season and has now completed a free transfer to the La Liga club.
The Argentine has also spent time with River Plate, Bayern Munich and Malaga during his career
