Diego Costa could be about to finally get his wish and leave Chelsea with a potential move to Turkey according to reports in Spain.

The Spanish striker has made no secret of his desire to return Atletico Madrid having being told he was no longer a part of Antonio Conte’s plans at the end of last season via a text message from the Italian.

However, the La Liga side’s transfer ban made a deal difficult during the summer window with the striker being reluctant to go out on loan, with Everton, AC Milan and Deportivo la Coruna all being linked.

Costa has now finally reported to the Chelsea training ground after a summer of abscence in Brazil. However he has found himself ostracised from the group, with even his car being moved from the first team car park into that of the youth team. He has also been left out of the clubs Champions League squad despite Alvaro Morata and Michu Batshuayi bring the only recognised strikers at the club.

OKDiario claim that Costa could now complete a loan move to Turkish club Besiktas within the next 48 hours. Despite the majority of Europe’s transfer windows being closed, Turkey’s remains open until Friday. They claim that he could join Besiktas on a a short term loan deal with an agreement that he would move to Atletico Madrid in January.
