Lucas Moura’s potential move to Manchester United could be scuppered by former winger Angel di Maria, according to reports.
The Argentine moved to the Premier League in a £59.7m move back in 2014, but left for PSG just 12 months later after what was a disappointing spell overall for Louis van Gaal’s Manchester United, despite some promising early performances.
Manchester United have been linked with making a move for Di Maria’s PSG teammate Lucas Moura in recent weeks, with the Brazilian having been pushed out of the first team picture since the arrival of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe in the summer.
United are thought to have agreed personal terms with the player, and are negotiating a terms with the Ligue 1 side, who reportedly want £35m.
However, according to the Sun, the move is in jeopardy after the two PSG wingers wives have been talking, with Mrs Di Maria’s having cast doubts in the mind of Moura’s wife.

Angel Di Maria and his wife Jorgelina Cardoso endured a difficult time in the North West, especially after an attempted robbery on their Cheshire home.
The less than favourable reviews of life in England by the Di Maria’s are thought to have slammed the brakes on Moura’s potential move to United, with Lucas now wanting to stay in Paris with his wife and young child.
